      I recently had the joy of receiving a beautiful coffee book for free entitled The Cigar – Moments of Pleasure, by Morten Ehrhorn & Justin Hummerston (official book page).It’s a hardbound book, pages, pretty heavy—and absolutely brimming with information about cigars and gorgeous color photographs.   Cigar smoking has been linked to oral and dental disease, such as gum disease and tooth loss. Switching from cigarette smoking to cigar smoking can be particularly harmful because you might inhale cigar smoke the way you inhaled cigarette smoke. The more cigars you smoke and the deeper you inhale, the greater the risks.
